Noise Complaint Leads To Discovery Of Juvenile With Loaded Firearm In Western Mass A Western Massachusetts teen was arrested with a firearm after police received a noise complaint from a parking garage, authorities said. The teen was arrested around 5:25 a.m., Tuesday, June 29, in Pittsfield after police received a noise complaint believed to be originating from the McKay Street Parking Deck, said Pittsford PD Lt.
