Massachusetts Navy SEAL, Father Of 2 Dies In Parachute Training Accident A Navy SEAL and father of two from Massachusetts was killed in a parachute training accident in Arizona this month, officials said.  Chief Special Warfare Operator Michael Ernst died from free fall training accident in Marana, AZ, on Sunday, Feb. 19, a Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW) spokeswoman told Daily Voice.  Ernst, assigned to a Naval Special Warfare East Coast-based unit, was pronounced dead at Banner University Medical Center, the spokeswoman continued. Ernst leaves behind his wife and two children, aged 3 and 5, according to the the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF). “Mike was an ex…
