A 37-year-old Worcester County man faces multiple felony charges after police say he crashed his pickup truck into a box truck on the Massachusetts Turnpike Tuesday morning, Sept. 19, because he was high. Nathan Miranda, of Winchendon, was arrested and charged with OUI-Drugs, OUI-Drugs causing serious injury, possession of a Class B drug, and other motor vehicle offenses, Massachusetts State Police said.
