Double-Fatal Crash: CT Teen, 20-Year-Old ID'd As Victims After Car Hits Tree A 20-year-old Connecticut man and his 16-year-old passenger were killed after they crashed into a tree. The crash took place in Hartford County around 1:50 a.m., on Sunday, July 16 in Glastonbury. According to Lt. Anthony Pagliughi, of the Glastonbury Police, officers responded to the 1100 block of Manchester Road for a report of a crash involving a car into a tree. Fugitive Wanted For Making Bomb Threat Nabbed In CT, Police Say A 49-year-old man wanted for allegedly making a bomb threat and harassment in Tennessee was nabbed by Connecticut State Police. Hartford County resident Mark Frakl, of Marlborough, was arrested around 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, said the Connecticut State Police. Frakl's arrest comes after state police were contacted by the Hendersonville Police in Tennessee requesting assistance in locating him, state police said. Pieper Veterinary reported that a 3-year-old Vizsla named Tanner and a 10-year-old Miniature Pinscher mix named Listo were both bitten in the face by a timber rattlesnake in Hartford County in the yard of their Glastonbury home on Tuesday, Aug. 16.
