Wanted Man Apprehended After Fleeing In Woods Off Mass Pike The man wanted on a host of charges who fled from Massachusetts State Police into a wooded area was tracked down and arrested. Middlesex County resident Luis Morales, age 29, of Lowell, was apprehended by state police in an apartment on Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell on Tuesday, Sept. 28.
