Forget about only getting dinner delivered, you can now use Uber Eats and DoorDash to order tools, hardware, and other things you need to complete home projects. With the face of retail shopping forever changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Walgreens announced it will be expanding its same-day Instacart delivery service. Target has become the latest retail grocer to pay employees to get COVID-19 vaccinated. Target's corporate office said on Wednesday, Feb. 10 that it would provide hourly employees up to four hours of pay (two hours per each vaccine dose) to get vaccinated. A number of grocers are paying employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Among the food markets providing financial incentives to be vaccinated are Trader Joe’s, Dollar General, and Aldi, while Instacart is offering grocery deliverers a $25 stipend, according to NPR.
