Two New West Nile Cases Confirmed In Massachusetts Two new cases of West Nile Virus have been identified in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health announced on Thursday, Sept. 9 today the new cases were found in a man and a woman in Middlesex County. According to DPH, the two people are a man in his 50s and a man in his 70s.
