A multi-state Listeria outbreak linked to meat and poultry products has killed an infant and sickened at least 10 others.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and public health officials are investigating infections linked to recalled Yu Shang Food ready-to-eat meat and poultry products.
The illnesses were in New York, New Jersey, California, and Illinois between Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday, Oct. 24, the agency said.

A head-on collision in Berkshire County sent three people to the hospital Saturday, Aug 12, with one woman needing to be airlifted to save her life, authorities said.
The crash happened around 1 p.m. at 635 Merrill Rd. in Pittsfield, police said.

Massachusetts Man, 21, Dies Day After Pulled From North Shore Lake
A young man who was pulled from a lake on the North Shore has died a day later, authorities said.
Maynor Salas Lopez, age 21, of Lynn, was pulled from Silver Lake in Breakheart Reservation in Saugus around 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, Massachusetts State Police said.
After performing CPR on Lopez, he was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. He died the next morning, police said.
Lopez was apparently swimming with his family when he started to struggle in the water, authorities said. The incident remains under investigation.
Yankees Fans Struck By Lightning While Leaving Spring Training Game
Two Yankees fans were struck by lightning while leaving a spring training game.
The incident took in Tampa, Florida, around 3:45 p.m., Saturday, April 2, said Vanessa Nettingham, of the Tampa Police.
The strike occurred when the two were walking in the parking lot of the Raymond James Stadium across from George M. Steinbrenner Field, Nettingham said.
The couple, who were unidentified, were leaving early from the Yankees and Atlanta Braves game after it ended in the sixth inning due to a thunderstorm in the area, she added.
