Hewlett Packard In Westborough Laying Off 150 Workers Hewlett Packard Enterprise reportedly has laid off 146 employees at its Westborough office. The company filed a "WARN" notice with Massachusetts on July 14 that said lay-offs would take place the week of July 24, according to the MassHire Department of Career Services. A WARN notice triggers a response from the state-run “rapid response team,” which comes in when a company has planned mass lay-offs.
