Industrial Contamination Cleanup Effort In Chicopee Gets $300K Chicopee is getting $300,000 to help clean up environmentally damaged places in the Willimansett, industrial area. Among the sites slated for clean-up are the Spalding sports equipment manufacturing facility on Meadow Street and properties along the North Chicopee Street Corridor, said Congressman Richard Neal.
