Western Mass Man Accused Of Putting Video Camera In Beach Bathroom, Police Say Police arrested a Western Mass man for allegedly putting a video camera in a popular Connecticut beach bathroom. Hampden County resident Nicholas Spellman, age 21, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, was arrested by East Lyme Police in New London County on Thursday, April 14.
