Stefen Baulkman, of Holyoke, is charged with OUI, manslaughter, OUI causing serious bodily injury, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, the Hampden County District Attorney's Office said. A Connecticut man is behind bars after allegedly holding up a victim at a Webster Bank ATM at gunpoint.
The incident took place in Bristol around 11:20 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 2, at the bank located at 575 Farmington Ave.
According to Lt. Craig O'Connor of the Bristol Police, William Walker, age 31, of Hartford, held the victim at gunpoint and then fled in a dark-colored Honda.

A Massachusetts man is wanted for endangering a child and fleeing police near a mall in central Pennsylvania, authorities announced on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
Jose L. Santiago, 41, of New Bedford, MA, fled from police near the Colonial Park Mall located at 4600 Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, PA on Aug. 20, according to a release by the Lower Paxton Township police department.

Man Nabbed For DUI After Crash In Connecticut
A driver who caused a four-car crash in Connecticut was allegedly under the influence when he struck a guardrail, leading to the chain reaction, State Police said.
Police said that Lavar Tracdin Funnye, age 33, was driving on the right shoulder of I-91 South near exit 32 in Hartford at approximately 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7 when he veered into the lanes of traffic.
Funnye, a Hartford resident, failed to stay in his lane, struck a metal beam guardrail in the right shoulder, spinning out into the right lane, where he was rear-ended by an Audi A5, which struck two other drivers on I-91.
