Amherst Man Who Admitted To Sharing Child Porn Gets Up To 5 Years In Prison: DA An Amherst man who was convicted of sharing child sexual abuse material will spend at least four and a half years in prison, authorities announced on Thursday, Dec. 28.  Blake Lassiter pleaded guilty to possession of child sexual abuse material, nine counts of dissemination of child sexual abuse material, and one count of possession with intent to distribute child sexual abuse material, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said.  He is currently serving a two-year sentence in Oregon for similar charges.
