$4M Lottery Win: Webster Man Won't Let Newfound Fortune Change Him
A Webster man recently won $4 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery after he picked up a pair of tickets as a Thanksgiving Day treat to himself. Carmen Fago won the seven-figure sum playing the "777" scratch-off game. He told lottery officials he was in total shock when he realized he'd won the grand prize. Fago chose to take the lump sum payment of $2.6 million (before taxes) rather than the annuity.
