Delonte West Arrested After Narcan Save, Police Pursuit In Virginia, Officials Say
Former NBA player Delonte West has been arrested again. The 40-year-old retired point guard who lives in Maryland was found unresponsive after a foot pursuit with Fairfax County police officers at approximately 1 a.m. Thursday, June 6, the FCPD tells Daily Voice. Officers administered Narcan, which at first did not work, authorities said. He was taken to the hospital where Narcan was administered again, and he was revived, police said. Funeral services have been scheduled for a mother from the North Shore and longtime Boston Celtics employee who lost her battle with a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer last month. A 29-year-old man from Connecticut was arrested in Boston for selling counterfeit NBA final tickets, authorities said. Jeffrey Hall, of Naugatuck was arrested for selling the fake tickets in the area of Causeway Street around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, Boston Police said. A local couple that helped police rescue a kidnapped 11-year-old girl is being celebrated for their heroics.
