He 'Brought Joy' To All: Police ID Man Killed In Double Springfield Shooting Authorities have identified the 23-year-old man who was shot and killed last week while attending a birthday party in Springfield, authorities said. The man who allegedly shot him turned himself over to police on Monday, July 3.  Elian Arroyo, of Springfield, died June 28 after he was shot near the intersection of Ashmun and Adams streets.
