Explosive Find In Waltham Has Construction Workers, Police Scrambling Construction workers in Waltham got a scare on Monday, Nov. 27, when they found a cache of unexploded cannon balls buried on a job site.  Workers were on a job site at 41 Foundry Avenue when they found the 12 potentially explosive cannonballs, Massachusetts State Police said.
