Northampton Man Nearly Killed Neighbors After Firing AK-47 Into Their Home: DA A Hampshire County man fired into his neighbor's home with an AK-47 and came so close to hitting one of them that a bullet passed through a man's pants, authorities said.  Joshua Martinelli, 29, of Northampton, faces several charges from the Thursday, Dec. 7, shooting, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said. He is being held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing on Thursday, Dec. 14.
