The complaint was filed April 2 in Nantucket Superior Court by plaintiff Andrew Jackson against Forty Five Fair Street LLC, as first reported by the Nantucket Current. Belichick purchased the 4-bedroom 4.5-bathroom home for $4.8 million in 2024 (click here for photos). Luís Alberto Marcatoma was working on a restoration project at the New Haven course on Aug. 21 when a downed power line electrocuted him, Yale Public Safety Chief Duane Lovello has said. Highway Authorities have identified the 57-year-old Massachusetts Department of Transportation worker who was hit and killed Saturday night, July 27, while picking up debris along Route 24 in West Bridgewater.  David "Spanky" Sousa, of Stoughton, was struck around 9:30 p.m. while working on the side of the northbound lane near Ext 28B, The Plymouth County District Attorney's Office said.  Sousa is a husband and father who has served as a former Stoughton Select Board chairman.  The driver who struck him remained at the scene, the prosecutor's office said.
