Schultz, a cherished North Jersey crossing guard killed this week while helping children cross the street, is being remembered for the kindness, warmth, and care she brought to local families. Schultz died Monday, May 4 at her post in Woodland Park. She was 80 years old. Born in Lawrence, MA, on Oct. 8, 1945, Schultz spent most of her adult life in Kearny before moving to Woodland Park 20 years ago, according to her obituary on the Prout Funeral Home website. The cause of death has been revealed for Jessica Aber, the US Attorney who died in March. The 43-year-old prosecutor suffered "sudden unexpected death in epilepsy," The Virginian-Pilot reports, citing the State Medical Examiner's Office. Justin Timberlake formally accepted a plea deal in his alleged drunk driving case in New York. A former Weymouth police officer who was caught on video camera beating a handcuffed suspect will not serve any jail time, federal authorities said. Police have identified the three people found shot to death inside a Western Massachusetts home as a mother, her son, and her domestic partner. Sima Pariseau, age 56, Dylan Pariseau, age 27, and Peter Donaldson, age 56, were found dead Tuesday morning, June 18, after police were called to perform a welfare check, the Hampden District Attorney's Office said.
