Consider yourself served.  Courthouse Brew Co. will hold its grand opening on Friday, Sept. 29, at the Whittall Mill Complex in Worcester, 3 Brussels St., Suite 120. Doors open at 4 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Mayor Joseph Petty at 4:30. A food truck will be on hand. Feds Open Investigation Into Worcester Police Potential Bias, Use Of Force The Department of Justice has opened a civil investigation into the Worcester Police Department to determine if the agency uses excessive force or engages in racial or gender bias.  The US Attorney's Office didn't say what sparked the investigation but said the probe would be comprehensive.
