Police ID Man Hit, Killed In Western Mass Crash Authorities have identified the 62-year-old man who was struck and killed while walking in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, this week. A 2009 Lincoln sedan crashed into Shawn Ouillette just after 2:30 p.m. Monday, April 28, in the 400 block of Barker Road, Pittsfield police said. Paramedics rushed Ouillette to Berkshire Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries. The Lincoln's driver was an 85-year-old Pittsfield man. The victim has been identified as 45-year-old Meggan Meredith, according to police. Officers responded around 8 a.m. to the 1500 block of Hall of Fame Avenue after someone reported an unresponsive person near the trail. When police arrived, they found an adult female who was later pronounced dead.
