Teen Found Killed Inside Lowell Apartment ID'd Authorities have identified the 15-year-old girl who was found shot multiple times inside an apartment in Lowell.  Ahliana Dickey was shot and killed on Friday, June 14, by a family member, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said.  Lowell police received a 911 call just after 6 p.m. after the girl was found inside a Lawrence Street apartment with multiple traumatic injuries to her body, authorities said. Investigators found multiple shell casings near her body.
