The Connecticut Airport Authority announced this week that the checkpoint is operational. The opening follows more than three years of construction at the Windsor Locks airport. The upgrade aims to ease passenger backups as Bradley nears the end of a $250 million terminal overhaul. Kevin Pell, 47, called 911 around 2:25 p.m. on Aug. 15, according to the warrant obtained by NBC Connecticut. He reported that his son had been left in the vehicle. The panel sentenced him to 55 years in prison.  Prosecutors said Faison killed Hopkins around July 22, 2021.
