Car Flips On Roof At Palisades Center In West Nyack (Photos) A vehicle flipped and landed on its roof at the Palisades Center in Rockland County on Tuesday, March 18.  The crash happened at the mall, located in West Nyack, on Tuesday morning in front of the Kid for Less store.  Photos of the incident show that the vehicle ended up in a rocky median in front of the parking lot.  Facebook/Joe Solari Authorities have not yet released more details about the crash, including the extent of injuries. Witnesses said the young victim was riding her bike when she was hit by a Lexus SUV.
