Weymouth Man Admits To Killing Father In Brutal Beating, Strangulation: DA
A 42-year-old Massachusetts man pleaded guilty this week to second-degree murder in the brutal 2020 slaying of his father at their shared home in Weymouth, authorities said. William D. Walling Jr. was sentenced Tuesday, March 11, to life in prison for the fatal beating and strangulation of his father, William D. Walling Sr., the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office announced. Mass Man Gunned Down Outside Apartments ID'd As 45-Year-Old
A man who was shot multiple times outside of an apartment complex in Norfolk County earlier this month has been identified as a 45-year-old Brockton man, authorities said. Tremalle Clark was shot repeatedly at 112 Longmeadow Drive in Holbrook on December 6, the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office said. State Trooper Michael Proctor has been suspended without pay for the duration of a duty hearing to determine if he mishandled the investigation into Karen Read, a Mansfield woman accused of killing her Boston police officer boyfriend, officials said.
