A 34-year-old subcontractor from Harrisburg who died after falling through a skylight at the Utz Factory in Hanover, Pennsylvania, has been identified, the York County Coroner’s Office confirmed on Tuesday, May 6. 25-Foot Fatal Fall At Utz Potato Chip Factory: Officials
A man died after falling 25 feet from a roof at the Utz Potato Factory in Hanover, York County officials announced on Friday, May 2. The fall was reported to York County 911 at 8:35 a.m. from the factory located at 900 High Street, according to the Office of Emergency Management. At 8:55 a.m., Hanover Borough Police requested the York County Coroner to respond to the scene, the coroner's office confirmed to Daily Voice that they responded to the scene. Police ID Worker Killed When Home Under Construction Collapses In Weymouth; 4 Others Injured
A 29-year-old construction worker died Thursday, Jan. 28, after a house under construction collapsed in Weymouth, officials said. Mario Diaz Obando was critically injured when the structure on Vine Street came down around noon, according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey. He was rushed to South Shore Hospital, where he later died. He was one of five workers injured when the house collapsed.
