Ex-Billerica Officer Charged With Raping Teen Girl, Child Porn: DA A 35-year-old former police officer was indicted on charges that he raped a 15-year-old girl that was known to him, authorities said.  Alexander Allen, 35, a former Billerica police officer, was charged with aggravated rape of a child with a 10-year age difference and possession of child pornography, the Middlesex District Attorney said on Wednesday, Oct. 9.  In 2023, Allen allegedly disclosed to a then-fellow officer that he'd had sex with a teenager, the prosecutor said.
