Alert Issued For Missing Girl, 14, In Yonkers Police are searching for a 14-year-old girl who was last seen in Westchester several days ago. Jocelyn Otero, age 14, was last seen in Yonkers in the area of Mt. Carmel Place on Friday, Feb. 28, the Yonkers Police Department announced on Thursday, March 6.  Otero is described as a Black girl who is 5-foot-4 and 209 pounds.
