Victim ID'd In Fatal Construction Accident In Boston's Seaport District: Report

Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal early morning construction accident in Boston as 38-year-old James Chaffee Jr., of Westfield, Boston25 reports.

Chaffee was killed in an accident involving a truck carrying granite curbing on Northern Avenue in Seaport near the District Hall building after 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 9, WCVB reports.

Another person who was injured was "transported by basic life support ambulance to an area hospital," Boston EMS told Daily Voice. No other information was provided.
