Early-Morning Crash Closes Route 46 In Roxbury Three early-morning crashes blocked traffic in New Jersey on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Marlboro police shared a photo of a vehicle that had overturned, at some point knocking down a telephone pole and wires on Tennant Road. As of 8 a.m., the road was closed between Greenwood Road and Wooleytown Road. JCP&L was notified. One of the accidents happened on the Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge around 7:45 a.m. All northbound lanes were closed north of the Colonia Service Area.
