A popular Bergen County shopping center has sold for a whopping $109.5 million, and its new owner has plans to bring in more stores, restaurants, and gathering spaces (see attachment at the bottom of this Daily Voice article with more).
Tice's Corner in Woodcliff Lake, a 120,000-square-foot shopping destination anchored by Apple, was acquired by Massachusetts-based WS Development in October 2026, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the buyer.

A former Gambino crime family associate who reinvented himself as a New Jersey councilman and vowed to do things "the right way" has been indicted alongside his son and another man in an alleged loansharking scheme involving threats of violence, authorities announced Friday, Oct. 30.
