Tick Bites Driving ER Visits To Highest Level In Years, CDC Warns
Emergency room visits for tick bites have reached their highest levels in nearly a decade, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
As of now, 71 out of every 100,000 ER visits in the US were related to tick bites, more than double the seasonal average of 30 per 100,000.

Still, shoppers shouldn’t expect instant relief at the register: “Wholesale price changes can take up to three weeks to be reflected in the retail dairycase,” the USDA said.
That means it could be mid-April before you see lower prices on store sh…
