Frank Pollaro, age 55, of Deer Park, was sentenced to four to eight years behind bars in Suffolk County Court on Monday, Sept. 9, after pleading guilty to child pornography charges. Nassau County Police said officers responded to Yummy Gyro, located in Williston Park on Willis Avenue, for a burglary shortly before 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 2. An investigation found that someone broke into the restaurant and stole approximately $3,000 from a lockbox and another $500 from a cash register.
