Child, 6, Hit By School Bus Suffers Serious Injuries In Waterbury A 6-year-old Connecticut boy was hospitalized on Thursday, Oct. 3, after he was struck by a school bus, authorities said.  The crash happened just after 4 p.m. near 24 Garden Hill Circle in Waterbury in New Haven County, police said.   Paramedics took the boy to Saint Mary’s Hospital, but he was transferred to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Hartford, Waterbury Police said.  The child is listed in stable condition, but he suffered serious injuries in the crash, police said. An initial investigation said the boy was in the roadway when the bus hit him.…

Toddler Who Wandered Out Of CT Laundromat Killed By Hit-Run Driver, Police Say An alleged hit-and-run driver killed a 1-and-a-half-year-old girl after wandering outside of a Connecticut laundromat. The incident occurred in Hartford around 11 p.m., Monday, June 3, in the area of 36 New Britain Ave. According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, officers responded to the area after the department received numerous 911 calls reporting a toddler struck by a vehicle.
