The family of a 19-year-old Connecticut woman who was killed with her friend in a Rhode Island crash is seeking support as they prepare to lay her to rest.
Ayanna Voyak, of Hartford, was killed on Saturday, Nov. 16, shortly after 11 p.m., when the car she was in skidded off I-95 in West Warwick, Rhode Island, and crashed into a tree, authorities said. She died at the scene.
Aisha Jules, 19, of New London, was rushed to an area hospital, where she died of her injuries. Four other passengers in the car were also treated for injuries.

CT Teen, 15, Dies Weeks After Car Crash: 'His Warmth, Kindness Touched Everyone'
A 15-year-old boy who was critically injured in a three-car crash last month has died from his injuries at an area hospital, with his family by his side.
Dillon Dupuis, a sophomore at Glastonbury High School, and another teenager suffered catastrophic injuries in the Oct. 24 wreck on Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury, police said. Dupuis had remained in the hospital ever since.
