PA State Troopers were called to Route 194 North near East Berlin there is an active police incident near East Berlin - close to the Adams, York County line. Police are in the area of Route 194 North, just north of East Berlin as of 2:30 p.m. "Troopers have the area cordoned off," PSP York Trooper James Grothey told us.
