Son Killed Dad During Fight At CT Motel: Police A Hartford man has been arrested and charged with murder following a deadly altercation inside a parked vehicle at a motel that left his father dead, officials said. Raybin Hokim, 49, is accused of killing his father, Vincent Hokim, 78, of Middletown, just after 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4,  according to Lt.
