Man Accused Of Masturbating In CT Shopping Center Parking Lot
A man was charged with public indecency after he allegedly was seen masturbating in a Connecticut shopping center parking lot.
The incident took place in New Haven County around 5 p.m., Tuesday, May 23, in the Marshalls parking lot at 1413 Boston Post Road in Milford.
Milford Police responded to the parking lot for a complaint of a man, identified as Irving Batista, age 34, of North Bergen, New Jersey, sitting in his car and masturbating as shoppers walked by, police said.
Batista was found sitting in his car in boxer shorts, police said.

Fatal Crash: Man Hit, Killed Running Across Busy CT Roadway
A Connecticut man was hit and killed by a car as he ran across a busy roadway.
The crash took place in New Haven County around 4 p.m., Friday, April 7 in Milford in the area of Boston Post Road and Meadow Street.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the pedestrian, identified as Edward Patrick Austin, age 49, was running north across Boston Post Road when he was struck by a 2015 Kia, which was traveling west on the Boston Post Road, police said.
