Police in Connecticut are asking for witnesses to a fatal shooting that left a 22-year-old woman dead and a man injured to step forward and help detectives identify the suspects. Man Admits To Charges Related To Robbery, Fatal Shooting Of Jeweler In Fairfield County
A 58-year-old man has admitted to charges related to the fatal shooting of a Fairfield County jeweler and the robbery of his store. Police Investigating Fatal Shooting In Connecticut
An investigation is underway after a person was fatally shot at a Connecticut home. Troopers responded to a report of an active disturbance in Windham about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 5, Connecticut State Police reported. When troopers arrived at the residence on Brick Top Road, they located a victim who had suffered fatal gunshot wounds, State Police said. Dominique Kendrick Miller, age 23, of Bloomfield, was found by state police in a car on I-91 in Hartford County in Windsor Locks. Miller was found around 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 29, after state police received a report of an unresponsive male on I-91 northbound. Police are seeking the help of any witnesses to a fatal shooting on I-91. The shooting took place around 7:35 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 29, in Hartford County, Connecticut State Police said. On Friday, Oct. 9, Meriden Police released a short video of a man they believe is involved in the Sunday, Oct. 4, shooting death of Casey Schoonover at 190 Grove St. in Meriden. Self-Defense? Video Of Basketball Star's Death May Contradict Suspect's Story
The man accused of fatally shooting a young, basketball star said he fired in self-defense after the victim allegedly became enraged by the man’s laughter. Video footage of the incident, though, appears to dispute this. Court documents that were recently released reveal the shooter’s side of the story as well as witness statements and the contents of surveillance video.
