A Connecticut man has been arrested in connection with a deadly motorcycle crash that killed a 55-year-old rider last summer, police said. Tyler W. Griggs, 26, was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle after an investigation into a June 1, 2024, crash on Hopeville Road in Griswold, according to Connecticut State Police. A 28-year-old Connecticut man has been charged with killing a 32-year-old mother of 2 in a Windsor crash in 2023, authorities said. Luis Maldonado, of Windsor, has been charged with negligent homicide and failure to drive in a proper lane, Connecticut State Police said. Maldonado is accused of killing Yashiramarie Santiago when he lost control of his silver Honda on Route 20 near Bradley International Airport in December 2023. Driver Charged In Crash That Killed Teenage Motorcyclist
A Connecticut man who crashed into a teenager earlier this year in Fairfield County has been charged with his death, authorities announced on Friday, Oct. 25. Hector Rolando Lemus-Portillo, of Stamford, is charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to yield while turning left, police said. A Connecticut man allegedly involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 23-year-old woman has been captured by police and charged with negligent homicide. The incident occurred in Hartford around 6:10 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 11, at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Adelaide Street. Sgt.
