Alleged Stalker Scares Woman, Daughters At CT Target, Police Say A 55-year-old Connecticut man was held overnight after turning himself in to police on charges of stalking a woman and her two daughters. The incident occurred in Hartford County at the Target store on Sunday, July 14, in South Windsor. According to Sgt. Mark Cleverdon of the South Windsor Police, a woman, and her two adult daughters came to police headquarters to report that a strange man had followed them through the store.
