Man, 23, Falls To His Death From Parking Deck Police are investigating how a 23-year-old Connecticut man fell to his death from a parking deck and died, authorities said.  The man's body was found in New Haven by officers just before 2 a.m. next to a parking structure at 213 Crown Street on Sunday, Sept. 29, police said.  Firefighters were quick to the scene and performed CPR until responders could get him to a hospital.  Paramedics took him to Yale New Haven Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.  New Haven Police have not released the name of the Hartford County man as they notify his family. Kids, Mom Beaten Nearly To Death In Domestic Violence Attack: Police Two Connecticut children and their mother are in critical condition at a Fairfield County hospital after they were beaten nearly to death in a domestic violence attack on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  Abdulrahim Sulaiman, 38, is charged in the vicious attack, Bridgeport Police said.  Authorities were called to a home in the 2400 block of Main St. in Bridgeport around 10 a.m. to reports of an attack. Bridgeport 3-Year-Old ID'd As Drowning Victim A 3-year-old Fairfield County child has been identified as the victim of a drowning in a backyard kiddie pool. Girl, 9, Rescued From Swimming Pool At Danbury Home A 9-year-old girl was rescued from a Fairfield County swimming pool by a bystander who administered first aid. The incident occurred in Danbury around 3 p.m., Sunday, May 25, at a home on Westwood Terrace. According to Erin Henry, spokesperson for the Danbury Fire Department, the girl, who was unconscious, was recovered from the backyard swimming pool by a bystander.  That person immediately administered first aid to the child, and by the time emergency services arrived, Henry said she was breathing on her own.  She was transported to the hospital by EMS.
