Teens Flee Stolen Car Crash Into Woods Off I-395 In Killingly; K9 Units Track Down Suspects Two Massachusetts teenagers were arrested after a stolen car crashed off I-395 in Connecticut, and they ran into the woods, Connecticut State Police said. It happened on the northbound Exit 37 off-ramp in Killingly. Police say a car hit a guardrail, then slammed into a sign before sliding off the road and down an embankment. A 911 caller told police three people ran from the wreck and into the woods. When troopers got to the scene, they found the car about 20 yards off the road.
