Three New Jersey residents are among the 16 strangers moving into the "Big Brother" house as Season 28 premieres Thursday, July 9, on CBS and Paramount+.
Representing the Garden State are La Trice Verrett of Maplewood, Mallory Aurichio of Washington Township (Bergen), and Yash Patel of Monroe Township (Middlesex), each hoping to outlast the competition and claim the $750,000 prize.
Verrett, a boutique salesperson originally from Kankakee, Illinois, says she's entering the game with kindness in mind: "I don't want any enemies. I'm a sweet mama of 4. I try to make people feel good."
