A Connecticut man is facing felony charges after a brutal altercation left a Mahopac resident critically injured, Carmel Police announced in an updated release on Sunday, Dec. 8. Officers were called to the scene on Curry Road in Mahopac at 5:17 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7. They arrived to find two men in the roadway. Man Found Dead Near Mall In Connecticut
A man was found dead in a secluded outdoor area near a Connecticut mall. Police in in New Haven County said the discovery occurred at about 2:25 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at the Brass Mill Center Mall in Waterbury. Police responded to a threat involving a popular mall in Connecticut. It happened late Sunday afternoon, Oct. 6 in Fairfield County at the Danbury Fair Mall. Danbury Police say officers responded to a report of a possible incident at the mall at around 4:30 p.m. The officers quickly determined that the threat was not credible and there was no danger to the public, according to police. Possible CT Home Burglary Under Investigation
Detectives in Fairfiefld County are investigating a possible home burglary after the resident found items disturbed. The incident occurred in Darien on Friday, at a multi-family residence on West Avenue. According to Sgt. Mauricio Vigil of the Darien Police, the resident told officers she found the blood-like substance in the bathroom and disturbed items after returning from work.
