Dad Arraigned In 'Horrifying' Murders Of NY Army Veteran, Toddler Daughter After 30 Years: DA A Florida man accused of killing a New York Army veteran and her toddler daughter nearly three decades ago was arraigned Thursday, Dec. 18, in Nassau County Court. Andrew Dykes, 66, pleaded not guilty to murder in the deaths of Tanya Denise Jackson and her 2-year-old daughter, Tatiana Marie Dykes. He is the child’s father. Dykes was arrested earlier this month in Florida, as Daily Voice reported. He is due back in court in mid-January.
