Two Connecticut men are facing federal charges after a smash-and-grab robbery at a popular outlet store left nearly $200,000 in merchandise stolen. Kelijah Richardson, 28, and Anibal Rivera, 27, both of Bridgeport, were charged with stealing $184,000 in jewelry from Kay Jewelers at the Clinton Premium Outlets. The robbery happened Feb. 3 around 5:30 p.m., according to the US Attorney for the District of Connecticut. A 44-year-old former Connecticut school employee accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to federal charges in the case, authorities said.
