A Marine and soon-to-be father was found dead in a hotel room while on assignment, leaving investigators searching for answers and loved ones mourning a sudden loss.
Sgt. Albert Haynes II, 24, of Austin, Pennsylvania, was discovered dead in a hotel room in Starke, Florida, on Friday, May 30, according to the U.S. Marine Corps.
Haynes was assigned to Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and was supporting a poolee function with Recruiting Station Jacksonville while on temporary additional duty when he died, military officials said.

Fun Is Getting Harder For Many Americans To Find, Survey Reveals
A new survey suggests plenty of Americans could use a little more room for joy.
Talker Research released the survey on Tuesday, May 12, after polling 5,000 US adults, 100 in each state, about whether they are having enough fun.
The answer, for many, was no.
The survey, commissioned by Dave & Buster's and conducted by Talker Research, found that 48 percent of Americans said their overall lives currently lack fun.
Another 12 percent said they could not remember the last time they had a full free day to have fun.
