Multiple Charges Filed Against Suspect In Workplace Shooting
Official charges have been made against a Springfield man suspected of shooting a coworker in their workplace parking lot on Tuesday, Sept. 22. Alan Rosario of Springfield has been charged with second-degree assault with a firearm, first-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, illegal discharge of a firearm, and third-degree assault, police said. Police ID Suspect In Workplace Shooting
Police have identified the suspect in a workplace shooting that happened on the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 22. Alan Rosario of Springfield has been arrested in relation to a shooting at a 105 Edwin Road business in a South Windsor industrial/office park, according to WesternMass News. There were two victims in the shooting: the intended target, who was shot, and a second man who may have caught shrapnel from the gunfire in his body, or been shot himself, police said. Man Accused Of Strangling A Woman In Attempt To Rob Her Is Arrested
A man accused of strangling a woman in an effort to steal her purse has been arrested. Titus Crews, 40, of King Street, was arrested Monday, Sept. 14, at around 11 a.m. on Warriner Avenue in Springfield, police said. He is being charged with attempted murder and unarmed assault to rob, police said. Police had also issued a warrant for Crews’ arrest in connection with the assault.
